Design Introduction

1、 Appearance design

The overall design adopts simple and smooth lines, without too many complicated decorations, presenting a simple and modern style. Both the contour of the body and the transition of details are handled very naturally and smoothly. This design not only conforms to the current aesthetic trend, but also better integrates into the relatively simple and orderly space environment inside the car. The body is elongated and proportionally coordinated. This form of design not only conforms to the convenience of handheld operation, but also can be conveniently placed in small spaces inside the car when not in use, such as seat gaps, trunk corners, etc. At the same time, its form also provides a good foundation for internal structural layout and functional implementation.

2、 Functional layout

Vacuum port and dust cup design: The vacuum port is located reasonably, usually at the front end of the body, making it easy to align with the position of dust and debris inside the car for cleaning. The dust cup is made of transparent material, allowing users to visually see the collection of dust inside and clean it in a timely manner. The disassembly and installation methods of the dust cup have also been optimized, with simple and convenient operation, making it easy for users to maintain on a daily basis.

3、 Material selection

Shell material: The shell may be made of high-strength plastic or alloy materials to ensure the durability of the body, withstand a certain degree of collision and compression, and also have a good texture, enhancing the product's grade. In addition, the surface treatment process of the material is also relatively fine, which may have undergone sandblasting, matte or high gloss treatment, increasing the visual and tactile quality.
