Design Introduction

1、 Ergonomic Design

Grip experience: The handle adopts an ergonomic curved shape that conforms to the natural curvature of the palm. The orange/red anti slip rubber strip not only distinguishes functional areas, but also increases friction, making it less prone to fatigue and slipping when held for a long time. It is suitable for continuous operation scenarios such as factory maintenance;

Operation layout: The buttons are concentrated on the upper part of the handle, corresponding to the display screen operation area, in line with the "thumb operation radius". The power and function keys are clearly divided, and the functions are distinguished by shape (circular/square) and color (orange/red highlighted) to reduce the chance of accidental touch and achieve blind operation;

Display angle: The display screen and probe adopt an adjustable connection structure (such as a rotating/folding joint), which can adapt to different detection angles (pipeline horizontal/vertical, narrow space), allowing the operator to view the picture without twisting their body, optimizing the operation posture.

2、 Integration of Function and Form

Modular probe: The branch structure at the front end of the probe (enlarged diagram) reflects functional design - through multi-directional lens/light source layout, it covers the full angle detection of the pipeline inner wall, and enhances the "professional detection tool" attribute in form; The main body of the probe is slender and bendable (presumably), which not only meets the needs of deep and narrow spaces, but also balances operational stability and detection flexibility through the structure of a rigid rod body and a flexible front end;

Integrated design: The display screen, control module, and battery compartment are integrated into the handle, eliminating external cables (or supporting wireless transmission), achieving a portable integrated design, reducing redundant components, and improving the practicality of outdoor and mobile detection scenarios. The form is more concise and compact, in line with the design logic of industrial tools that are "efficient and simple".

3、 Visual semantics and brand recognition

Color strategy: The main black conveys the industrial attributes of "professionalism and reliability", with orange/red as the accent color. One is the functional prompt (operation area, anti slip strip) to guide user interaction; The second is brand differentiation, which distinguishes product series or positioning through color matching (such as orange being more universal and red being more high-end);

Styling language: rugged lines, simple geometric shapes (rectangular display screen, cylindrical handle), in line with the visual needs of industrial equipment for "precision and rationality". The slender probe and sturdy handle form a contrast in form, strengthening the functional division of "detection control" and making the product semantics clearer - "stable control on the handheld end, fine detection on the probe end".
