1、 Shape and volume control
The basic form architecture adopts a compact cube+handle, and the rectangular outline follows ergonomics. The dimensions have been precisely adjusted to ensure that the core components such as battery packs and circuit modules can be accommodated internally, achieving functions such as 220V AC output and multiple USB interfaces power supply. By reasonably compressing the volume and combining it with the top integrated handle, the portability and functional integration of the product are balanced, meeting the needs of "easy to carry and no land occupation" in outdoor operations, emergency backup power and other scenarios.
2、 Color and Material Application
Color strategy: High saturation orange is the main color tone, with black as a supplement. Orange is often used in industrial design to emphasize the attributes of "warning, vitality, and professionalism". On the one hand, it allows products to be quickly identified in outdoor environments (such as campsites and construction sites), and on the other hand, it conveys the functional implication of "reliable backup power"; Black components such as handles and interface borders play a role in visual convergence and functional zoning, while yellow and black contrasting colors enhance the rugged style of industrial products and improve their appearance recognition.
Material selection: The shell is likely to be made of engineering plastic (such as ABS alloy), which combines lightweight and certain strength. The surface is sandblasted or textured to achieve anti slip and scratch effects, making it suitable for complex outdoor use scenarios; Key interactive parts such as interfaces and buttons may be made of metal or high hardness plastic to ensure durability for long-term insertion, removal, and pressing. As the core power supply function, the communication socket occupies a prominent position and has a protective frame; Centralized layout of multiple USB interfaces to meet the fast charging needs of multiple devices; The control area (such as switches and mode keys) is adjacent to the display module, following the human-machine interaction process of "operation feedback", allowing users to quickly view the battery level and output status, and efficiently complete operations such as power on and mode switching.
Detail optimization: interface edges are chamfered and protected with rubber plugs (in some scenarios), which not only enhance the insertion and removal feel, but also prevent dust and water when not in use; The handle adopts an ergonomic curve design, with a widened grip area and anti slip surface treatment to reduce the fatigue of holding for a long time; The brightness and display information (battery level, output power, fault warning, etc.) of the status display screen have been debugged to ensure clear reading in both outdoor strong light and indoor weak light environments, assisting users in accurately grasping the power status.

At the same time, its compact form and portable handle also allow it to integrate into indoor scenarios such as home emergency backup power and small office power replenishment.
